The iRF series double-servo spin friction welder is an advanced precision servo welding machine with a dual motor servo module. Future-oriented multi-expansion iQS operating system with multiple welding modes. The dual motorised unit allows for very precise control and optimal welding results. The friction generated ensures precision and tightness in the assembly of thermoplastics and technopolymers, resulting in perfect welding quality. Ethernet connection, data connection to support Industry 4.0 applications, data traceability and the collection of tooling and workpiece barcodes or QR codes with the scanning gun for perfect product quality control.
